TERMS & CONDITIONS RULES POLICIES

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ph365.vip website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at ph365vip.one.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on ph365.vip and is using the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on ph365.vip, through which the Player accesses gaming services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their ph365.vip account in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by ph365.vip in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing online gaming in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an account on ph365.vip, accessing any game, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ph365.vip with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2.3 ph365.vip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the ph365.vip Platform. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. ph365.vip strictly prohibits the use of its services by persons under the age of 21.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. ph365.vip is intended for players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are not entitled to any winnings.

3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.

3.4 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from ph365.vip or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform are not eligible to register or maintain an account on ph365.vip during the applicable exclusion period.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ph365.vip. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. ph365.vip reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time.

4.3 KYC Verification. ph365.vip requires identity verification in accordance with PAGCOR KYC guidelines. You must submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID and any additional documents requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

4.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ph365.vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

4.5 You must notify ph365.vip immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph365.vip support is available 24/7 via live chat.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 All deposits on ph365.vip are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph365.vip does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or any foreign currency.

5.2 Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your card issuer's policies.

5.3 Credit card deposits are not accepted. In accordance with Philippine regulations, ph365.vip does not process gambling deposits made via credit cards.

5.4 Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ph365.vip reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.

5.5 The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of their account for current limits.

5.6 ph365.vip does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. ph365.vip is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawal requests.

6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, where technically possible. ph365.vip reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

6.3 Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Most withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.

6.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and are detailed in the Cashier section of your account. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and staged processing.

6.5 ph365.vip reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6.6 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Only the Real Money Balance resulting from completed wagering is eligible for withdrawal.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 ph365.vip offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are specified on each promotion page.

7.3 ph365.vip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting shall apply.

7.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses, engaging in bonus abuse, or using strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements will have their bonus balance forfeited and their account may be suspended.

7.5 ph365.vip reserves the right to limit the eligibility of any Player for any promotion at its sole discretion, including but not limited to Players who have previously abused promotional offers.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

8.1 All games available on ph365.vip use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the Platform's system.

8.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ph365.vip's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed correct and final.

8.3 ph365.vip reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

8.4 Players must not use any software, tool, bot, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game on ph365.vip. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

8.5 Collusion between Players in any game — including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and sports betting — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph365.vip. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on ph365.vip.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph365.vip staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or PAGCOR exclusion directive.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 ph365.vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms or engaged in prohibited conduct.

10.2 Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, ph365.vip may withhold and forfeit any Real Money Balance, Bonus Balance, or pending winnings in the account, subject to applicable Philippine law.

10.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph365.vip support via live chat. Where a Player requests closure for responsible gaming reasons, the account will be treated as a self-exclusion and the Player will not be permitted to re-register during the applicable exclusion period.

10.4 ph365.vip will make reasonable efforts to return any verified Real Money Balance to a Player whose account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 ph365.vip provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible through the account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount a Player may lose within a defined period. Once reached, the Player's session will be paused automatically.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts at Player-defined intervals (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours) to notify the Player of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account lock for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During exclusion, the account cannot be accessed and no marketing communications will be sent.

11.2 ph365.vip strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned where possible.

11.3 ph365.vip supports the PAGCOR responsible gaming framework. Players who require additional support are encouraged to seek assistance from PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources.

11.4 ph365.vip staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to Players displaying concerning patterns of play. ph365.vip reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it has reasonable concern for the Player's wellbeing.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the ph365.vip Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of ph365.vip or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

12.3 Any unauthorised use of ph365.vip's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph365.vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

13.2 ph365.vip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13.3 ph365.vip's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph365.vip's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14. Privacy

14.1 ph365.vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.2 ph365.vip may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of the Privacy Policy.

14.3 Players may exercise their data rights — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data — by contacting ph365.vip support. Requests will be handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 ph365.vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph365.vip will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

15.2 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ph365.vip's internal dispute resolution process. Players must contact ph365.vip support and allow a reasonable period for resolution before escalating any dispute.

16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph365.vip's internal process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

16.4 Players who believe their dispute involves a regulatory matter may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.
